What is this Premier Access? How is it different from other services such as Disney Priority Pass and FASTPASS?

What is Disney Premier Access (DPA)?
Premier Access is a paid service that allows you to use attractions and watch parades/shows with a shorter waiting time than usual. Prices range from 1,500 to 2,500 yen per person (including tax).
It is very similar to the previous Fastpass (currently on hiatus), but the major difference is that it is paid and you can choose the time.
Since you can select the time in advance, you can efficiently use the attractions you want and enjoy the parade/show with a short waiting time.

■ Features of Premier Access (DPA)

Features of Disney Premier Access
Premier Access can be purchased once per person per park ticket, and there is no limit to the number of times it can be obtained. One Premier Access cannot be used by multiple people, but children under the age of 3 can use it if a companion (guardian, etc.) has purchased Premier Access.
Also, you cannot purchase Premier Access for more than one attraction at the same time. However, it is possible to purchase Premier Access to attractions and parades/shows at the same time.
If you wish to purchase Premier Access for another attraction, you may do so only 60 minutes after the previous purchase or the start time of the previously purchased Premier Access, whichever after the earlier time passes.
Main points to note about Disney Premier Access
Premier Access is available in limited quantities and may sell out. In addition, attractions and parades/shows may not be held on certain days or times due to operational conditions.
Premier Access is not available at all attractions or parades/shows and is only available at designated attractions and parades/shows during designated hours.
Refunds for Premier Access are only available in the event of cancellation due to system adjustments, weather, or other circumstances, or the responsibility of the operation.
However, no refunds, cancellations or rescheduling of attractions or parades/shows due to guest's convenience will be accepted. In addition, if you miss your designated Premier Access time, you will not be able to use it, and you will not be able to change, cancel, or receive a refund. Be careful!
Therefore, if you are using other timed services (e.g. watching a parade/show), please make sure that it does not overlap with the time specified in Premier Access.
Finally, if you do not meet the usage conditions (height restrictions, etc.) of the attraction, you will not be able to use it even if you have purchased Premier Access.
About using Disney Premier Access and other services
Premier Access does not affect the use of other services (Priority Pass, Standby Pass).
Especially with Premier Access and Priority Pass, the target facilities for the service are different (they do not overlap!).
Therefore, if you use Priority Pass and Premier Access together, you can enjoy many attractions more efficiently.

How to buy Disney Premier Access
Premier Access can be purchased directly in the park or through the app. Also, when purchasing with the app, you can not purchase unless you enter the park.
In addition, please note that you will need a credit card to make purchases through the app.
How to purchase Premier Access in the app
If you're purchasing Premier Access in-app, make sure you've downloaded or uploaded the latest version of the app in advance. User registration and login to a Disney account are required to use the service.

- Log in to the app.
- Tap “Disney Premier Access” from “Plans” in the app.
- Select the Park tickets for all members of your party.
- Tap the price for the experience you wish to select.The selections that are not available will be displayed as “Unavailable”

- Check experience, time and quantity, select payment method, and tap OK.
- You can check the acquisition contents in "Plan" on the app.
Tips when purchasing Premier Access with the app (experiences that actually purchased)
Even if the Premier Access you want to purchase is displayed as "Unavailable", you may be able to purchase it after waiting for a while.
Especially during times when access (purchases) is concentrated (I think it's from the time the park opens until around 11:00?), do some people cancel their purchases midway through? I don't know if it's for the sake of it, but instead of giving up right away, I think it's an ant to check after a while.
How to purchase Premier Access locally
If you purchase Premier Access directly within the park, you can do so at Main Street House (Tokyo Disneyland (TDL)) or Guest Relations (Tokyo DisneySea (TDS)).
However, if you purchase it locally, you will need to line up at the purchase window. Depending on how crowded it is, it takes about 30 minutes to an hour (approximate), so be sure to line up early and purchase Premier Access when you enter the park.

How to use Disney Premier Access
Premier Access is very easy to use. Go to the facility at the time indicated on Premier Access and enter through the dedicated Premier Access entrance.
In the case of the app, tap the "pass display" of the facility you want to use from the "plan" to display the two-dimensional code. In addition, the two-dimensional code will be displayed when it becomes available.
After displaying the two-dimensional code, hold the park ticket of all members of the group or the two-dimensional code of the app (slide left on the screen) over the reader at the entrance to enter.
How to use Disney Premier Access at the parade
If you use Premier Access for the parade, you can watch the parade from the designated viewing seats (paid area).
It is also easy to use, just present the 2D code of all members of the group to the cast near the entrance of the area. The cast will read the two-dimensional code with a portable reader and you can enter.
You are free to leave the area, but please note that you will need to present a two-dimensional code when entering the area again.
Also, seating in the area is on a first-come, first-served basis, so in order to see the parade in a good seat, it is necessary to enter the area early and secure a seat at the designated time.
