What is Disney Premier Access (DPA)?
Premier Access is a paid service that allows you to enjoy attractions or view parades/shows with shorter wait times.
You can book and purchase a reservation by specifying the time for the eligible attractions or the entry time for the parades/shows. Prices range from ¥1,500 to ¥2,500 (tax included) per person.
Although it is very similar to the now-suspended FastPass, the major differences are that it is paid and allows you to select specific times.
By choosing your time in advance, you can efficiently enjoy your desired attractions or parades/shows with reduced wait times.

Key Features of Disney Premier Access
Each person with a park ticket can purchase one Premier Access, with no limit on the total number of purchases.
A single Premier Access cannot be shared among multiple people.
However, children aged 3 and under can use it for free if accompanied by a guardian who has purchased Premier Access.
You cannot have more than one Premier Access for attractions at the same time.
However, you can hold Premier Access for an attraction and for a parade/show simultaneously.
If you wish to purchase Premier Access for another attraction, you must wait at least 60 minutes from the previous purchase or until the start time of the previously purchased Premier Access, whichever comes first.
Important Notes about Disney Premier Access
Premier Access has a limited number available and may sell out.
It can only be used for the specified eligible attractions or parades/shows during the designated time.
Refunds are only available if cancellations occur due to operational reasons, such as system adjustments or weather conditions.
Changes, cancellations, or refunds are not available for guest-related reasons.
If you miss the specified time, you cannot use the Premier Access, and no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be issued.
Be mindful of potential schedule conflicts when using other time-based services, such as parade or show viewing.
If you do not meet the requirements for the attraction (e.g., height restrictions), you cannot use the Premier Access even if purchased.
About Using Disney Premier Access and Other Services
Premier Access does not affect the acquisition or purchase of other services (Priority Pass, Standby Pass)!
In particular, Premier Access and Priority Pass apply to different facilities (no overlap!).
Therefore, by combining Priority Pass and Premier Access effectively, you can enjoy more attractions efficiently.

How to purchase Disney Premier Access
Disney Premier Access can be purchased either directly inside the park or via the app.
Please note that app purchases require you to enter the park first. A credit card is required for app purchases.
If you don’t have access to the app or a credit card, don’t worry—you can still purchase Premier Access directly inside the park.
How to Purchase Premier Access via the App
Before using the app to purchase Premier Access, make sure to download the app or update it to the latest version.
You will need to register and log in with a Disney account.
■ Steps for App Purchases
- Log in to the app.
- From the "Plan" menu, tap "Disney Premier Access."
- Select the park tickets for the number of people.
- Tap the button displaying the price for the facility you want to purchase. If the facility is unavailable, "Unavailable" will be displayed.
- Select the desired time and tap it. If the time is unavailable, "Unavailable" will be displayed.
- Confirm the purchase details and tap "Confirm."
- You can check your purchased "Disney Premier Access" under "My Plan".
Tips for Purchasing via the App (Based on Actual Experiences)
Even if "Unavailable" is displayed for the desired Premier Access, checking again after a short while may allow you to purchase it.
During peak purchasing times (typically from park opening until around 11:00 AM), some cancellations may occur, allowing you to secure a spot.
It’s worth checking again rather than giving up immediately.
Since the number of Premier Access tickets issued is limited, the more popular the attraction or show, the faster it sells out.
Therefore, if you have a specific attraction or show in mind, it is recommended to purchase it as early as possible (ideally right after the park opens).
How to Purchase Premier Access Inside the Park
If you are purchasing Premier Access directly inside the park, it can be done at the following locations.
However, purchasing at the park requires waiting in line at the ticket counters.
Depending on the crowd, it may take approximately 30 minutes to an hour.
After entering the park, it is advisable to line up early and purchase your Premier Access.

How to Use Disney Premier Access
Using Disney Premier Access is very simple.
At the designated time, go to the facility and enter through the Premier Access entrance.
For apps, In the app's " My Plan" section, tap " Display code" for the facility you want to use and display the QR code.
The QR code is available for display only during its validity period.
At the entrance, scan the QR code for all group members using the reader (swipe left on the screen to show other group members' QR codes).
How to Use Disney Premier Access for Parades/Shows
When using Premier Access for parades, you can enjoy the show from designated (paid) viewing areas.
It’s easy to use—simply show the group’s QR codes to the cast member near the entry area.
The cast member will scan the QR codes with a device to allow entry.
You are free to leave and re-enter the area, but you will need to present the QR code again each time you re-enter.
Viewing area seats are first-come, first-served, so it’s best to enter as soon as your designated time begins to secure a good spot.
Summary of Disney Premier Access
This guide introduced Disney Premier Access (DPA), a new feature at Tokyo Disneyland (TDL) and Tokyo DisneySea (TDS).
For popular attractions and parades/shows, Premier Access often sells out early in the day. Therefore, purchasing it as early as possible is highly recommended.
From personal experience, while the cost of ¥2,000 per person per use may feel slightly high, the time saved by skipping long lines made it very convenient to use attractions comfortably.
Compared to the old FastPass, Premier Access feels significantly more effective, likely due to its paid nature.
Take advantage of Premier Access to save time and make the most of your park visit!
